Community Cares rounds up Riverland Energy member's electric bills to the next highest dollar, with the rounded up money going to the Community Cares Foundation Fund. The board which oversees the distribution of this fund is seeking qualified area individuals and organizations to receive its available funds. Qualifying individuals and organizations must be members and/or communities served by Riverland Energy Cooperative.
Eligible funding categories include non-profit organizations, 501(c) 3 programs, and projects within its service territory.
Applications for the grant and helpful information can be found here, or at one of the Riverland Energy offices in Arcadia or Holmen.
Application deadline is February 15.
