Riverland has a new outage text notification! Members can be notified when their service location is involved in an outage and once outage has been restored by text message. You can enroll by following the steps in the video below.
- Enter account number and select account type. Click Submit.
- Your phone numbers attached to your account will be listed. If you see the phone number you would like to sign up for text notifications is there, check the "Opt In" Box and hit submit.
- If the number you would like to be notified on is not listed, click update my numbers. You will be brought to a page to update your phone numbers attached to the account. Enter your correct information and hit Send Update Request; the updated information will be sent to our Member Account Representatives to update the account and finish the enrollment process for you. Please give us 24-48 hours to update this information.
- Once information is entered correctly, a welcome message should be sent to your cell phone.
